The samanyay Platform offers the following Services to the User:

• •Research Tool: The samanyay Platform offers a legal research tool, powered by AI, to enable efficient retrieval and accessibility of relevant information from the web, public databases and from databases maintained by samanyay.
• •Document Analysis Tool: The samanyay Platform offers a document analysis tool, enabling users to securely upload and store documents, and perform AI-powered search, summarization, querying, and review.
• •Other Services: We may offer a variety of other services and continually introduce new functionalities to enhance user experience. You acknowledge that samanyay reserves the right to expand or modify Services at its discretion. You are encouraged to review the updated offerings to take full advantage of the Samanyay Platform's evolving capabilities. The Company in its sole discretion may inform You about changes in the Services by giving You a notice through any mode of communication.

The samanyay Platform and its contents are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis for information purposes. You understand that any data provided on the samanyay Platform may be sourced through public websites including but not limited to decisions, statutes, orders and notifications made available through government websites. They do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making any decision. None of the information or documents provided through the samanyay Platform creates a lawyer-client relationship. The Company does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed, uploaded, or distributed through the samanyay Platform. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at Your sole risk. The Company does not make any express or implied representation or warranty of any kind, including without limitation, any representation or warranty that- The samanyay Platform or any of its contents are complete, accurate, reliable or non-infringing; Access to the samanyay Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; The quality of any products, Services, information or other material purchased or obtained by You through the samanyay Platform will meet Your expectations. All warranties express or implied are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and/or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Upon Your payment of the full License Fee, inclusive of all applicable taxes, or in case You are provided access to the samanyay Platform on a free trial basis, You shall be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable License to access and use the Services on the samanyay Platform. This License is subject to the Terms and conditions of this agreement. When You use the samanyay Platform, You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the content and materials on the samanyay Platform and its Services in connection with Your normal, non-commercial, use of the Services. You may not remove, alter or obscure any proprietary or copyright notice, labels, or marks on the samanyay Platform or access the samanyay Platform in order to build a competitive product or build a product using similar ideas, features, expressions, functions or graphics of the samanyay Platform and copy the ideas, features, functions or graphics of the samanyay Platform.

You are only permitted to use the Service for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms. By using the Service, You agree not to:

• •Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful materials.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Service, the server on which the Service is hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
• •Launch an attack on the Service through a denial-of-Services or distributed denial-of-Services attack.
• •Use the Service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, or obscene.
• •Rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the Service.
• •Engage in any data harvesting, including but not limited to, automated data scraping, mining, or extracting, from the samanyay Platform. Take any other actions that interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

By choosing to receive emails and notifications for regular updates and marketing purposes, You agree to receive additional communications and solicitations from us. Unless You inform our representatives that You wish to opt out of receiving additional communications, You will be considered as agreeing to continue receiving emails and phone solicitations from The Company.

Intellectual Property means and includes the samanyay Platform, the Services available on it, the software code, the design, structure, and arrangement of the content, and the trademarks, logos and Services marks displayed. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Intellectual Property are owned by samanyay and are protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws. You are not permitted to use the Intellectual Property including the samanyay logo without the express prior written consent of the Company. We don't hold copyright over Input Data or Output Data that is associated with the Services on the samanyay Platform. The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others. If You are the owner of a copyright and You have reason to believe that a copyrighted work has been reproduced in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please send Your claim via email to [email protected].

The Company reserves the right to cease the operation of the samanyay Platform and all its Services at any time, without prior notice to You, exercising its sole discretion.

In no event shall The Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents be liable to You or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages or losses whatsoever. You shall indemnify and hold harmless The Company and its officers, agents and employees ("Indemnified Parties"), from and against any claim, demand, damages, or actions (including reasonable attorneys' fees) made by any third party against the Indemnified Parties, due to or arising out of Your: (a) breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy; or (b) violation of any applicable law; or (c) violation of the rights of a third party or samanyay; or (d) unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of the samanyay Platform. This indemnification obligation will survive the expiry or termination of these Terms.

These Terms will remain in force unless terminated. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate Your access to the Services of the samanyay Platform if You violate any of the obligations outlined in these Terms. Upon termination, these Terms will end, with the exception of provisions expressly designed to survive termination. Any outstanding amounts owed in connection with Your use of the Services will become immediately due and payable upon termination.
